OUR RENTAL CONDITIONS
Minimum rental period
The minimum rental period for Lodges is in principle one or 2 nights in low and medium season and one week in high and very high season (Saturday/Saturday). It is 3 nights for long weekends with a public holiday Monday and 3 or 4 nights during long weekends. Depending on last minute availability, these durations can sometimes be adjusted (contact us). For the Villa, the minimum rental period is 7 nights.

Arrival and departure times
- Arrival times : free arrival from 3 p.m., without appointment or time limit thanks to an independent installation procedure with collection of the key in a key box in the parking lot. The code is communicated when booking.
- Departure times : the Lodges must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest (unless agreed with the owner if the schedule allows).

Internet
The apartments all have free internet access via wifi hotspots. The speed is that of fiber, which was installed in July 2022.

Terms of payment
Payment of 50% deposit upon reservation. The balance must be paid the day after arrival at the latest via the internet (via a link sent by email) or at reception (unless otherwise requested by the tenant). Payment methods accepted: checks, holiday vouchers, cash, transfers, credit card (except American Express). The bank card details act as a deposit.

Stay charges
Stay charges of €12/person/stay automatically apply in addition to the rental price. They correspond to the supply of bed linen and towels and paper towels (logistics, laundry), energy, and small supplies made available to our tenants on arrival (1 trash bag and 1 paper hygienic bag on arrival, a few coffee capsules, and tea bags, kitchen funds, dishwasher tablets, etc.). These supplies are not provided to cover the needs of the entire stay, but only as emergency assistance for arrival.

The cleaning package
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, a cleaning fee is automatically applied for each stay which exempts you from cleaning your lodge before your departure. When you leave the apartment, cleaning will be done by a maintenance team. The price of the package varies between €30 for a short stay (1-2 nights), €40 for a medium stay (3-6 nights) and €50 for a long stay (7 nights and more).

Bed linen and “Baby kit”
Household linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels) is included in the rental, through the rental charges (€12.00/person) automatically invoiced for each stay. We can also benefit from a baby kit (travel cot, bathtub and high chair) at no extra cost.



Animals
We accept dogs, but only small dogs (less than 10 kg), only one dog is allowed per gîte, and we ask for a supplement of €8.00 per dog per night. Owners are required to respect the internal regulations for dogs: do not let them wander untethered in the garden, do not leave them alone for long in the gîtes, take them outside the property to do their business. They are required to protect sofas, armchairs and beds with adequate blankets (not provided). Cats are also accepted, under the same conditions.

Car park
The occupants of the Villa Quartz residence benefit from a parking space within the Villa Quartz grounds. Any additional vehicle must be parked outside, unless otherwise agreed with the owners if all Villa Quartz Lodges are not full. 

TV
All our Lodges are equipped with extra-flat televisions, with a satellite decoder which allows you to receive all French and foreign TNT channels (ASTRA). They are also equipped with DVD players and bluetooth speakers.

Tourist tax
Since 01/01/2008, the Urban Community has asked us to apply a tourist tax, which amounts to €1.50 per night and per adult over 18 years old. This tax will be collected in addition to the total rental amount and then transferred to the Public Treasury.
