After the Riad Dar Thalge in the Medina, then the "M-Quartz" apartment in the Majorelle district, our new project was born in Marrakech: the rehabilitation of a Villa in the Palmeraie district. Acquired in April 2022, our brand new "Villa 2A"
has undergone major transformations and renovations for almost a year. It is now complete, and we will therefore have the pleasure of being able to share it!
Villa 2A is located 5 minutes north of Marrakech, in a very quiet and secure residence: the River Palm residence. It offers a living area of 250m2 and a garden terrace of 150m2 with a large swimming pool (10mX3.50m). She spacious living room (80m2), bright and comfortable (living room, fireplace, connected TV, speakers), is open to the swimming pool by large bay windows. It can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in its three bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom with shower and toilet: a 35m2 bedroom-suite upstairs opening onto a large terrace, and two 15m2 bedrooms downstairs. ground floor. The Villa's kitchen is fully equipped (ovens, dishwasher, American fridge, appliances, etc.). Upstairs, a fitted panoramic terrace allows you to discover the Atlas on the horizon, with a magical and relaxing view of the luxurious gardens of the residence.

Villa 2A is located in the "River Palm" residence, Palmeraie district at the beginning of the road to Casablanca, 5 minutes from Marrakech (4 km and 6 minutes from the Marjane shopping center and the Guéliz district). It is a very quiet and secure residence (permanent guarding, controlled access), which offers a few local shops, a mini golf course, a fitness and bodybuilding center, and many large swimming lagoons. Villa 2A offers a living area of 250m2, and a garden-terrace of 150m2 with a swimming pool of 10mX3.5m.
The living room of the Villa is spacious (80m2), open onto the terrace and the swimming pool by large bay windows. A large lounge area is available to our guests (80m2), with sofas and a coffee table to take meals "Moroccan style". A fireplace helps to warm the atmosphere on cool winter evenings, and a large connected TV keeps you open to the world (access to all international programs, Netflix, Canal , etc.)! Internet enthusiasts will be able to continue surfing with ease, since the fiber is installed and the wifi accessible throughout the Villa.

Villa 2A can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, including a large 35m2 suite upstairs (King Size bed) opening onto a panoramic terrace, and two 15m2 bedrooms located on the ground floor: a "King Size" bedroom and a Twins bedroom (2 single beds of 90). Each room has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, this one of the King Size Suite also offers a bathtub.
The Villa's kitchen is open to the living room and the terrace. It is fully equipped, with gas hobs, American fridge, conventional and microwave ovens, Nespresso and grain coffee makers, dishwasher, small household appliances, etc. It also has a small terrace equipped with a high table and chairs for lunch or dinner outside, in the shade of a palm tree.

Our rates and rental conditions
- Minimum duration rent : 7 nights .
- Price : From €260 to €320/Night depending on season , including rental, living expenses (water, electricity, household linen, towels.).
- Daily cleaning : package (compulsory) of 20,00€/Day, which includes the passage of a housekeeper for 2 hours each day to redo the rooms and daily cleaning.
- There River Palm residence being secure and guarded 24 hours a day , each tenant must be referenced by the reception desk of the residence by providing a photocopy of their passport.
- Room n°2: The King Size room(15m2) from the ground floor. King Size bed 180X200cm, closet, bathroom with shower and WC.
- Bedroom n°3: The Twins bedroom (15m2) from the ground floor. Two single beds 90X190cm, cupboard, bathroom with shower and WC.
- Fully equipped kitchen : gas hobs, American fridge, microwave and conventional ovens, dishwasher, Nespresso and grain coffee makers, small household appliances, crockery.
- Others : Washing machine, dryer, Wifi Internet access by fiber optic, connected TV, Sonos speakers.
