Welcome !
You have just arrived at your Lodge! Take the time to settle down and discover your apartment. If you wish to have a coffee or tea, sachets and capsules are at your disposal. What do you need to do to finalize your installation?
1 - Make sure you have parked your vehicle properly
to the correct parking space reserved for you.
- White Lodge: "B" on white panel (not to be confused with the "B" on blue panel which applies to the Blue lodge)
- Lodge Cristal: “C” on gray panel
- Lodge Quartz: "Q" on black panel
- Blue Lodge: "B" on blue panel (not to be confused with the "B" on white panel which applies to the White lodge)
- Red Lodge: “R” on red sign
2 - Inform us of your arrival
As our arrival and installation procedures are independent, there is no permanent physical reception area at Villa Quartz, but we can be reached by telephone, text or email. As soon as you are settled, let us know of your arrival. You can contact us :

- Our Lodges are strictly NON SMOKERS.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash
in the garden and should not relieve themselves there. In your Lodge, they are not allowed to climb on the beds and sofas (unless protection is provided by you).
- Wipes are strictly prohibited in the toilets
so as not to risk damaging the entire sanitation system of the Villa, already repaired three times!
