In 2024, the VILLA, the upper part of the Quartz residence located on the floor above the Lodges, opens for seasonal rental: a living space of 210 m2 for 4 people with swimming pool, terrace of 250 m2, and a view exceptional panoramic view of the sea, Pourville beach and the cliffs. The villa is composed of a large central "loft style" plateau comprising a living room of 100 m2 with 2 lounges, a fully equipped kitchen of 22m2, as well as 2 bedrooms of 36m2, including one upstairs and another on the ground floor. garden, with their 2 bathrooms (showers and toilets). 250 m2 south-facing terrace with a heated 16mX3.50m swimming pool, outdoor lounges, deckchairs and parasols, and a poolhouse. Access to the swimming pool and the terrace is exclusively private and reserved for the tenants of this Villa. As a result, the swimming pool is no longer accessible to tenants of the 5 Lodges, unlike in previous years.
