Alabaster Coast

The guide to tourism, commerce and leisure

Guide

This Guide has been drawn up by us to help you prepare for your stay and it is intentionally SUBJECTIVE, and without complacency! It does not claim to be exhaustive. We have exclusively selected the addresses and establishments that we know and that we consider worthy of interest, as well as those that have also been dictated to us by the experience of our own guests. Nicolas and Eric-Pascal.

Pourville-sur-Mer is a small family seaside resort located on the Côte d'Albâtre, 3 km southwest of Dieppe, in the valley of the Scie. Its large beach (1km) is sheltered from the westerly winds by the Cap d'Ailly. The region offers a wide choice of activities, nautical (sea bathing, surfing, kite-surfing, paddleboarding, sailing, etc.), sports and relaxation: beautiful invigorating walks on the beaches between the valleys at low tide, spectacular hikes on the cliffs, golf, cycling, tennis, horseback riding, etc. The Coast and the hinterland are also home to many tourist and cultural sites: parks and gardens, churches, castles and manors, museums, etc. Not far from Pourville, you can also discover sites of great interest such as Veules-les-Roses, Etretat, Rouen, the valley and the bay of the Seine, Eu, Mers-Les-Bains and the bay of the Somme ... In all seasons, the city center of Dieppe is always lively, with warm atmospheres in the shops, festive moments in the bars and restaurants, and a cultural life rich in events (cinema, shows, exhibitions, etc.).
