The Villa Quartz residence, built on the southern slope of Pourville-sur-Mer, was completed in 2009, after a year of construction. It is located 200 meters from the sea.A futuristic and unique architecture on the Alabaster Coast, black and transparent, in glass and steel, designed by Eric-Pascal Legris, Architect designer.Since July 2009, it has offered 5 magnificent lodge lodges fitted out in a contemporary design spirit, all of which benefit from an extraordinary panoramic view of the sea and the cliffs through large bay windows: the Quartz, White, Cristal and Rouge lodge lodges. and Blue, a range... around the mineral symphony of quartz, which stimulate energy and help you recharge your batteries... in front of the sea and the horizon of the cliffs! From 2024, the offer is enriched with the rental of the "Villa" part of the residence, previously private: a new accommodation of 200m2 with 100 m2 of south-facing terrace and the swimming pool.
An impregnable locationnaboverlooking the sea
The Villa Quartz residence overlooks the beach of Pourville-sur-Mer, at the foot of an immense field of flax, wheat, barley, rapeseed or corn depending on the year. It is located on the southern slope of the Scie valley, protected from westerly winds. The sea, the cliffs, the beach and the valley offer sumptuous landscapes! You can even see the Dieppe port pier on the horizon, with ferries coming and going to England. In just a few minutes on foot, you can reach the beach which is 200 m away as the crow flies.
A set of 1800 m2
The Villa Quartz Residence was built on 1,800 m2 of land, which includes an access path from Rue Juliette, a parking lot and a landscaped garden. Everything has been designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy to the occupants of the Lodges.Access is separate and independent. The Lodges, all located on the ground floor, are staggered to preserve the privacy of our guests.Terraces facing the sea allow tenants to enjoy the garden and the sun until the end of the day in furnished spaces.
A landscaped amphitheater park in front of the sea
Like an amphitheater facing the sea, the garden is laid out on several terraces, punctuated by clumps of palm trees from the Ile de Batz, lavender, bamboo, rosemary, Ceanotes and orange trees from Mexico. Thanks to the mild climate, magnificent Gunéras flourish during the summer around a small ornamental pond. The garden is crisscrossed by small paths, which allow you to stroll in complete peace, to relax in front of the sea, and to access the Lodges. Don't be surprised, it's our Boudha Prosper, created by our artist friend Marti Folio, who will welcome you at the entrance to the property!
Private parking with one place for each Lodge
At the entrance, a parking lot with 6 spaces has been created. One place per Lodge has been provided (small signs on each place indicate, by their initial, the Lodge to which each one is allocated), as well as a 6th place for visitors.
